We also received our last and only Mango D series Super Tenor and a gorgeous Koa Super Tenor at the same time so we give all of them a run out and a test for you.

I have tried not to talk about the Kala Revelator that much for the last 6 weeks or so because it became quite apparent to me that gushing about them with praise like I often do, that it was starting to give our friends and followers on social media a bit of the ick!

What I will say is that our we are nearly out of our exclusive Midnight Owl model with no more currently due until early 2027 at the earliest (the finish was quite tricky so there is a chance there won't be a second batch at all). The final three we have left are slightly reduced to with some cosmetic flaws.

This collaboration was a real joy... if you have thought about getting one in time for festival season; now is the chance.

Alex here; I have been working closely with Joel at Uke Logic since the start of the year on making a set of strings tailored towards slimline ukuleles... With so many folks out there in the world playing Revelators, Aviators, KoAlohas, Rebels and more; I wanted to offer a set that we could be proud of with the wound strings I feel work best with a slim body in bringing out the bass but also a light gauge fluorocarbon to take some of the sting out of the trebles.

If you love Coffee, Cartoon drawings of Ukuleles or both - you can now cover up that big ding on your case with these. They are good quality too... I ran one through my dishwasher on my water bottle and it came out unscathed.

Whose going to the Ukulele Festival of Great Britain this year? There are still some tickets left, as with all these lovely events we are involved with this year it would be fantastic to see them sell out and support live music and the people who work tirelessly to make these mass gatherings of uke players happen.

- UPDATE - Workshops go live THIS WEEK

Hi everyone

The wheels are picking up speed and lots of exciting things will be announced in the new few weeks (starting THIS WEEK!)

I've been working like crazy behind the scenes to get UFOGB 2026 all ready for you. It's going to be super special this year with extra fringe events, night-time jamming, a mass ukulele workshop and much more!

So just a quick update. I will start posting the workshops this week so keep an eye out. I'll do a few at a time so hopefully everyone will get a chance to attend at least one or two. I've booked the nearby community centre this year so all the workshops will be at or very near the main venue and we have more capacity too.

Our amazing Mim will also be posting some updates in the coming weeks too including open mic details, artist profiles and much more. Thanks Mim!

We still have tickets available (via the link in the comments.) The first workshops will be posted by the end of THIS WEEK! At the same website. You'll need a festival ticket to attend a workshop or check out the amazing vendors hall.
