At the beginning of 2017, owners Steve Ware and Ross Pavey, who having been running Gas & Plumb Bits, an independent Heating, Hot Water & Plumbers Merchant since 2005; put their heads together and decided to put all of their knowledge into their own independent bathroom showroom - with their signature friendly customer service, and the relevant expertise to back it up, The Bath Works was born. The
first showroom opened in Bournemouth, Dorset and since then has been developed further by Kate Ware Steve's wife along with both Steve and Ross, utilising her previous sales, business development and creative experience. Then, at the beginning of 2018, with the success of the Bournemouth Showroom, a further Showroom opened in New Milton, Hampshire, along with another branch of Gas & Plumb Bits. This particular Showroom being approximately 2500 sqft and includes three large rooms all incorporating various bathroom displays. Furthermore, Nicola Pavey Ross' wife has also joined the business by giving both The Bath Works and Gas & Plumb Bits more business support. All the while the sales teams within the showrooms have grown, bringing on more experience in both sales and design. Our Team
