Hey everyone! We are extremely excited to tell you that, finally, we are able to open our doors to you once again!

From Monday the 12th of April, we are back in business to provide you with all your CBD needs! Keep your eyes peeled for sales, promotions and new stock that will be available in store from Monday on! :)

Please keep in mind that Covid restrictions will still apply. We will have a limited amount of people allowed in the shop at any one time and face covers will still be mandatory* to enter the shop.

Our opening times will be, for now, Mon-Sat 10am to 5pm and Sun 12pm to 4pm.

We will still offer the click and collect service that you all got used to by now with the advantage of having collection times extended to our opening times.

Pop by on the 12th, we have missed you all and we can't wait to see you!

To all our customers and friends,

As you already know by now, from 12:00 on Thursday the 31st, Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch are entering Tier 4 restrictions. Unfortunately, this means that once again we have to close our doors until further notice.
Once again, you don't need to despair. You will still be able to buy your CBD supplies online on our website www.paradoxcbd.co.uk. During this time, we will still have the option for click & collect on the website, which means that you can make your purchase and payment online and pop down to collect your purchase if you don't want to wait for delivery.
To do that, just place your order normally on the website and, on checkout, choose the "Collect from Store" option. When you receive the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email, it means your order is ready for collection. The collection times will be Monday to Friday, 11am to 2pm.
Paradox is constantly following Government news and advice and we will be keeping you all up to date on when we will be able to reopen, new opening times etc. We are taking every step possible to make sure all our staff and customers are safe and healthy.

To all our customers and friends,

We are delighted to let you know that we will be opening our doors again on Wednesday the 2nd of December.

We will initially keep the opening hours as they were before lockdown, Mon-Sat 10am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm.

Click & Collect service will still be available on our website and the collection times will increase to the times the shop is open. As soon as you receive your shipment confirmation email, it means that your order is ready for collection. Please note that orders placed on weekends won't be ready for collection until the following Monday.

Normal COVID restrictions will still be in place so, we kindly ask you to wear a face cover when visiting us and only one customer will be allowed in the shop at a time, per department.

As you already know by now, from tomorrow on we are entering a new lockdown in England. Unfortunately, this means that once again we have to close our doors, initially until the 2nd of December.

However, this time, you don't need to despair. You will still be able to buy your CBD supplies online on our website www.paradoxcbd.co.uk. During the lockdown, we will add the option for click & collect on the website, which means that you can make your purchase and payment online and pop down to collect your purchase if you don't want to wait for delivery.

To do that, just place your order normally on the website and, on checkout, choose the "Collect from Store" option. When you receive the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email, it means your order is ready for collection. The collection times will be Monday to Friday, 11am to 2pm. If you provide a mobile phone number with your order, we will also send you a SMS message when your order is ready to collect.

To all our customers and friends.

Paradox will be reopening its doors on Monday, the 15th of June.

We will work at reduced hours at first, from 11am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. We are working to be able to get back to our normal days and hours as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that we will have extensive measures in place to protect our staff and customers and for that reason, only one person will be allowed in the shop at any one time. Cash payments will be accepted, however we strongly recommend that you use contactless payment methods.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business, the jewellery counter will remain closed until further notice but rest assured we are watching government advice closely in order to be able to reopen it as soon as possible.

Moreover, the trying of eliquids at the va**ng counter will remain suspend for the time being, as well as the browsing of our menu. No coil building or could changes will be taking place. These measures were decided to make sure our store remain as risk free as possible for staff and customers.

We urge any customers who showed COVID symptoms within the past week or anyone whose household member showed any symptoms to not come to see us. Our online marketplaces will also be open from Monday so you're more than welcome to place orders for va**ng, cbd and jewellery.

We're looking forward to seeing you all soon.
