Introducing The Full English.

English wh**ky now has its own Geographical Indication. It’s a milestone our founder Dan has worked towards since 2022, as chair of the English Wh**ky Guild, and we wanted to mark it with a wh**ky that’s English through and through.

It starts with barley grown in the fields around us here in the Cotswolds. It was distilled and matured on site, then matured in English oak from a sustainably managed Midlands forest. Master cooper Alastair Simms shaped that oak by hand into a single cask, and the wh**ky has spent its whole life inside it.

English grain, English water, English oak. A single cask single malt made to celebrate English wh**ky’s GI, and everything that makes it ours.

56.6% ABV. Limited release. £119.

Served neat, Round Hill Harvest really opens up. Thanks to the ex-maple syrup casks, maple and honeyed sweetness comes through first, then malt loaf, soda bread and salted caramel, finishing with cacao and a gentle wisp of peat.

It's a fantastic wh**ky for those who like to slow down and savour every layer as it unfolds.

Taking it easier this October? Try our Dry Gin Essence.

Made using ten times the botanical concentration of our Cotswolds Dry Gin, each 5ml serve carries all of the flavour with 90% less alcohol than a standard 50ml gin serve. That's just 0.23 units and 14 calories per serve, with one bottle making 20 G&Ts.

We celebrated the launch of Round Hill Harvest by hosting a dinner at our distillery, with delicious food cooked by .

Round Hill Harvest takes its inspiration from the Cotswolds landscape itself, so we wanted to showcase this on the menu. worked our own wh**ky, and honey straight from our bees in the distillery wetlands, alongside seasonal, local produce, into a delicious meal.

Being able to produce our wh**ky right here makes us proud to call the Cotswolds home. Moments like these, bringing people, place and wh**ky together around the table, are what it's really all about.

Introducing Round Hill Harvest Single Malt Wh**ky, our latest limited edition expression in the Harvest Series.

Inspired by the Cotswolds landscape and Oxfordshire artist Jeffrey Pratt's painting, Past Traitor's Ford, this wh**ky has been matured in ex-maple syrup casks and Spanish oak Oloroso hogsheads, with a subtle hint of peat. Expect malt loaf, sweet maple and caramelised white chocolate, softening into soda bread, fudge and salted caramel, before a finish of cacao, demerara sugar and gentle herbal peat. 55% ABV.

Whether you're following the Harvest Series from the beginning or discovering the collection for the first time, No. 5 is a striking new expression that showcases our passion for innovation, flavour and craft.
