Today alone we’ve made:
🍬 495 cubes of fudge
🍫 240 fudge bars

…and we’re not even halfway through prep for the Bank Holiday weekend events 😳

Tomorrow it’s all about the ice cream making ready for the sunshine this weekend ☀️🍦

People often see the pretty market stalls and finished products… but behind the scenes it’s long days, aching feet, sticky everything and a LOT of late nights.
