For this laundry room at Greatworth Estate, we first prepared the subfloor by installing 6mm plywood to provide a smooth, stable surface. We then supplied and fitted Polyflor FX Wood Contract Vinyl, with all joints fully hot-air welded and sealed for a hygienic, durable and professional finish. 🧼💪

We were called in to replace a previous flooring installation by another company that unfortunately hadn’t stood the test of time. After assessing the area, we removed the existing finish and installed a hard-wearing barrier matting system throughout the school office entrance and hallway. 🏫👣

We’re delighted to have completed this stunning home installation, fitting 150m² of Karndean Grey Washed Oak luxury vinyl flooring throughout the property, creating a timeless, natural look that’s both stylish and built to last. 🤍

To complete the project, we also installed 110m² of Cormar Sensations carpet, expertly fitted over Cloud 9 underlay for exceptional comfort, warmth, and a luxurious feel underfoot. ☁️

We recently mechanically ground this floor to remove all laitance, creating the perfect surface for a longlasting installation. 💪🏡 We then applied primer and a latex smoothing compound, leaving the subfloor perfectly prepared and ready for the supply and installation of Karndean Van Gogh flooring throughout the lounge, kitchen, and dining area. 👌
