We are heartbroken to say that one of the most amazing, kind and loving people that I have ever had the privilege to know and who I was lucky enough to call my mum passed away.

As some of your may know, she has been battling cancer since spring 2020, and had a serious procedure just before Christmas. She never recovered from that procedure and has been in Thames Hospice for the last few days.

The staff at Thames Hospice has been amazing, ensuring that she was comfortable and safe. We would like to thank them immensely!

She passed peacefully in bed with her Eeyore and with both John and I and Smudge by her side.

We don’t know what will be happening over the next few days and weeks so please bare with us if you see us in the shop or if we are closed.

Building community isn’t just doing events and pop-ups. It’s showing up, even in small ways.
