Why do I give myself projects before a holiday? 🤦‍♀️🤣

Ellie & Mac Be Rad hoodie for my boy using Batman fabric from Caboodle Textiles.
Second time doing pockets but first time putting a hood on! Had to improvise and put a little panel in the hood so it would fit him. Despite that I'm still not sure why it didn't cross over at the front but it fits, looks neat and more importantly, Ethan loves it so 😁

Almost circle skirt for my girl, fabric also from Caboodle.
I say almost because I only had 1/2 meter of fabric and I couldn't quite get a full circle out of it. So I hacked the skirt from the Waves & Wild Emi dress pattern and added some gold elastic. Still need to hem if I get time, otherwise it'll stay overlocked 🤣

Used a combination of patterns and fabric I got ages ago.

Pyjamas done for Ethan and Sofia's Christmas Eve Box. Their faces lit up when they saw them...they love mummy made clothes.

When the boy says "Mummy, I don't want to wait for Christmas pyjamas, can you make me some for Halloween too" 🤣

Well I'm not buying more fabric but he did pick this from my stash which we discovered last night glows in the dark (but impossible to photo).

He had to wear them immediately.

Something else for me!
Pj top to go with the bottoms I finished a couple of weeks ago. Hacked the sleeves slightly to allow me to use up the patterned fabric when there wasn't enough for a full sleeve.
While these are definitely pjs rather than a matching outfit...I'm not going to lie, they will come in very handy for lounge wear while I'm in recovery from my next laparoscopy.

I made something else for me!
I won the pattern and fabrics for these in a competition by B&M Fabrics in Leeds.

My first time putting in pockets, had to take my time to make sure all the fabrics were facing the right way 🤣...but I did it!!

I have enough of the patterned fabric left to go with some plain grey to make a top so I will wear these as pjs.

Pyjama shorts because it annoys me the shop bought short pjs seem to expose my bum 😒. I like coverage 🤣

Mummy made clothes ready for Ethan and Sofia's Jubilee Party at nursery this afternoon. Theme was obviously, red, white and blue.

Patterns are Waves & Wild Emi Peplum Tshirt and Made By Me Kids Tshirt.

Stripe jersey and cuffing fabric from B&M Fabrics, Leeds.

Love this fabric, perfect colours for the Jubilee but also perfectly wearable for the rest of summer.

As always, Ethan loves being in something I've made. Sofia just loves clothes 🤣
