We just wanted to show off a few of the incredible geckos we’ll be working with as part of our future breeding projects that will run through EXORA. 🦎

We’re building some really exciting pairings behind the scenes, focusing on quality animals, standout genetics and projects we genuinely believe in.

This is only a small look at what we have planned, and we’re excited to see what these animals produce over the coming seasons.

The future of Exora is starting to take shape. 👀

We love seeing updates from fish that have come from us! 🐠💙

Since we closed our doors to the public and moved more towards supplying our retail partners, we haven’t been communicating with you all quite as often as we used to, so we thought it was time for a little catch-up!

If you’ve ever had fish from AdzAquatics in the past, we’d love to see how they’re getting on. Drop the progress pictures in the comments and let us know how they’ve developed since leaving us. Whether you’ve had them for a few months or a few years, Or perhaps you had a bad experience? Share your honest feedback in the comments below 👇👇

We always love seeing where our fish end up and how they’re doing. 💙

This is one of the best parts of being clownfish breeders — metamorphosis! 🐠

At this stage, the fry begin going through an incredible transformation, developing their colours, markings and individual patterns.

It never gets old watching them change day by day, especially when you start seeing those first patterns come through and get a glimpse of what each little fish might turn into.

No two are ever quite the same, and that’s what makes this stage so exciting for us! 👀✨

Here’s a look at some of our crested gecko hatchlings so far! 🦎✨

We’re already seeing some seriously nice contrast coming through, with some really promising pattern and colour developing as they grow.

Still very early days, but we’re incredibly excited to see how these little ones progress over the coming months.

All of the reptiles we produce will be available through EXORA

Another stockist order is being prepared today! 📦🐠

There are some real beauties leaving us this time, giving even more of you the chance to get your hands on some of our captive-bred clownfish through one of our trusted retail partners.

We love seeing our fish heading out to stores across the UK and becoming available to even more hobbyists. 🙌

But the question is… can you guess which of our retail partners these are heading to? 👀

Drop your guesses below! ⬇️

It’s fascinating to watch the development of crested gecko eggs from start to finish 🥚🦎

From a freshly laid egg, to seeing the baby develop inside, right through to those final stages before hatching - there’s so much happening behind the shell.

And then, after weeks of waiting, a tiny crested gecko finally emerges. 🤍

Nature really is incredible, and getting to see each stage of the process never gets old.

A small batch of Platinum Clownfish are now ready to leave us 🐠✨

Beautiful clean white fish with plenty of character, all captive bred here with us.

Available now open to the trade!

Not every clutch goes to plan 🥚🐠

We give our breeding pairs everything they need and provide tiles and pots for them to lay on… but sometimes they have other ideas and decide the side of the glass is the perfect spot. 😅

Tiles and removable spawning surfaces make life much easier because once the eggs are laid, we can move the entire clutch into a separate hatching setup with the correct flow and aeration.

When they lay directly on the glass, that obviously isn’t an option.

But it doesn’t mean the clutch is lost.

Instead, once they begin hatching we can use a different approach, darken the tank, shine a torch into one corner and use the larvae’s natural attraction to light to gather them together. From there, they can be carefully siphoned into the larval rearing tank.

So if your clownfish ever decide to lay somewhere completely inconvenient… don’t panic.

It’s not over yet. 👀🐠

We’re getting ready for a BIG 2027 🐠🔥

A little pressure only sharpens the vision. More breeding pairs, more clutches, more morphs and a much bigger supply of captive-bred clownfish coming through the hatchery.

One of our goals for 2027 is to successfully raise our Orchid Dottybacks beyond the larval stage. Alongside that, we’re focused on increasing clownfish production to give our partner stores a consistent and reliable supply ❤️

The work starts now! 👀
