A lovely long weekend 😍 my main focus was making my dress for my friends wedding, I cut it out on Friday night and spent Saturday and Sunday sewing it up. Today I spent some time on my bear designs again, working on perfecting the backer boy hat and designing a little jacket I’ve had in my head. I’ve not had time to list any bears for sale unfortunately.

I always get comments asking if I just make boy bears 😂 so here’s my first girl bear in quite some time 😍 with her baker boy cap. Jessica is made from a cream viscose and wears her hand knitted Shetland wool sweater ❤️

Today is a good day 😅😍. Today I handed over 3 bridesmaid dresses and matching handbags to my best friend.
7 months designing them, countless fittings with very patient bridesmaids, a lot of winging it on my part and a lot of sleepless nights dreaming of invisible zip insertions and how was I going to this or that. They are far from perfect but boy am i proud I did it having never made anything like this before or fitted anyone but myself. I know how proud my grandma would be of me 🥰 and boy did I wish i could have asked her advice along the way.
I can’t wait to share the photos after the wedding ❤️

I had a lovely weekend in York celebrating my friends Hen party 😍. I have been busy making her bridesmaid dresses very nearly done 😅. Was nice to have a weekend off and even found a bear shop 😍

I’ve finally had some time to sew up a new bear in this gorgeous dark chocolate brown viscose 🥰. I’ve just finished knitting up his sweater. This one will be coming to Hugglets in September with me.
