A special piece from the private collection of ACGcert™️ Founder Mark Kirkup.

This Diego Maradona signed Argentina shirt was obtained at the Radisson SAS Hotel, Leipzig, Germany on 24th June 2006 during the World Cup.

Maradona was refusing virtually everybody that approached him that day, surrounded by his entourage and security. After travelling from England to meet him, the signing only happened thanks to his daughter Gianinna Maradona, who spoke English and persuaded Diego to stop and sign the shirt and one photograph.

A genuine in-person football memory from one of the game’s greatest ever icons. 🇦🇷⚽️
