This is a statement from Colette Brooks and Mike Sperrey.
As some of you may, or may not know, Mike purchased the Chapter Surf brand rights from the late Mr Brooks.
With the late Mr Brooks’ blessing, Mike had intended to document the history of the Chapter Surf shop. We (Colette and Mike) had a discussion about the future of the Chapter Surf brand and we both agreed that the brand rights will be transferred to Colette for Colette to use as part of her new business.
We are both pleased that the Chapter Surf brand will live on in Colette’s hands.
