“People are often surprised we sell books… but then they instantly say, ‘I love that.’

The truth is, surfing has never just been about buying things.

It’s rainy days with a coffee. It’s planning the next trip. It’s learning about places you’ll probably never visit and people you’ll probably never meet.

Sometimes the best surf you’ll have all week is sitting in your favourite chair, turning a few pages while the rain taps on the windows.
Or flicking through images of point breaks whilst we have 4 second wind chop.

That’s why we sell books.

Because surf culture has always been about more than just surfing 🤙🏻

This is why we have “harpoons” in the shop.
They are spear guns, can’t think of a better way to eat fish than go into its world one on one & eat it fresh.

Whilst over the border finalising 2 longboard models we continued the oriental vibes by visiting the Japanese Gardens in Mawgan.
What a stunning little space!
Very calming & reflective.
Highly recommended for getting your zen on.
