Young explorers can tackle the rope bridges, climb to the castle towers, bounce on the trampolines, crack puzzles, send secret messages through the speaking tubes and race down the slides.

When it's time for a well-earned break, pop into our café for something tasty before exploring everything else the Country Park has to offer.

Brechin Castle Centre Country Park is open every day throughout the summer holidays from 9am–5pm, with no need to pre-book. There's still time to experience the magic of Dragontale Castle before the holidays are over!

Have you met our fairies yet?

As you wander along the fairy trail, keep an eye out for our little wooden fairy houses. Each one is home to a different fairy. When you find one, simply scan the nearby symbol to meet the fairy who lives inside, watch a video clip and even listen to a special message from each fairy.

One of the15 fairies you'll meet is Puddle-Wink the Water Fairy.

Puddle-Wink believes every puddle deserves to be celebrated. If it's raining, you'll probably find her happily jumping, splashing and laughing without a care in the world. In fact, she's our official Rain Welcomer and Splash Tester, making sure every puddle is up to fairy standards.

She's just one of the fairy friends waiting to meet you on the trail. We can't wait for you to discover them all and find out who lives behind each tiny fairy door.

The dragon has taken up his spot on top of Dragontale Castle, just waiting to see who'll be brave enough to climb up and say hello.

If you're looking for something to do with the kids this summer, bring them along and let their imaginations do the rest. One minute they're storming the castle, the next they're off on a dragon hunt.

When everyone's ready for a break, the café is just around the corner, or bring along a picnic to enjoy in the park surroundings. There's plenty more to explore around the Country Park too - don't miss the fairy trail with out brand new interactive feature - Meet Our Fairies.

The Country Park is open daily from 9am - 5pm with no pre-booking required through the Summer break.

Have you tried our new Meet Our Fairies activity yet?

A magical new activity for you and your little ones has arrived on our Fairy Trail.

Hidden around our woodland are 15 beautiful new fairy houses, each home to a very special fairy with their own unique personality and story.
As you explore, look out for the magical symbols beside each fairy house. Simply scan the symbol with your phone or tablet to unlock the fairy magic.

For every fairy you find you’ll be able to:
• Discover their name and magical job
• Learn their likes and dislikes
• Read a fun fact about them
• Watch a magical video clip of the fairy
• Listen to a special message from the fairy themselves

Will you meet Beelina Honey-Pip, the busy Bumblebee Fairy? Or perhaps Thimbelina Stitchkin the Button Fairy? Maybe you’ll find Dandelina Puff, who loves sending wishes into the breeze, or Emberwink Flame-Glow the caring Dragon Tender Fairy. There are 15 magical friends waiting to be discovered.

This new interactive experience has been created especially for families to enjoy together.
