These beautiful Bramley Apples came from a local garden, and we've made them into Bramley Apple Pate de fruits for the Apple Crumble in "The Pudding Collection".

Great Taste Awards 2026 have been announced and we are delighted to share that we have been awarded 2 stars for our Ruby chocolate, cherry Pate de Fruits with pistachio praline. The judges said " Impressively thin shell is cut open there is a perfect ratio to the pate de fruits and the praline, the colours also work well together. The combination of the tart cherry and the rich pistachio is sound."
And 1 star for our Passionfruit caramel and marshmallow.
The judges said :"Very exotic looking bonbons with a lovely shine. The passionfruit caramel is well balanced with the marshmallow and the white chocolate shell, adding enticing sharpness to the taste."

Brecon Chocolates are incredibly proud to be supporting .dragons.
3 Brecon women, Karen, Fiona & Taniya, planning swimming shenanigans to raise money for Velindre Cancer Charity in Wales. A couple being Lido Lunacy (150 miles London~Cardiff) over 2 weeks in September 2026; and Velindre Liberty Challenge in June 2027.
For every single milk chocolate medal sold, we will donate £1.00.
