We've been super quiet. A lot has been going on behind the scenes recently, but we've been designing and creating things that we will launch soon.

The kids here are obsessed with Pokemon, Minecraft and Fortnite (coming soon). We've tired looking for the perfect birthday card for them loads of times, but never found the right thing.

You may have noticed that we've changed the name of our page to RubyStar Creations and are posting more cards than sweet updates.

This is because we're now going to move our attention away from the sweet side of things to focus on other types of creations.

One thing we've found from starting this adventure is that we are having more enjoyment from the creative side of selling than anything else. We've got tons of ideas all the time, but there's only so many you can do with sweets.

You might be thinking that these don't look like sweets, well that's right we're now doing cards! We've been working away trying to perfect these, and think they've come out pretty good.

We've gone with gamer cards to start with because the three kids we've got here at RubyStar Sweeties are obsessed with their gaming.

There's the current gen console controller cards and the fully customisable birthday cards to suit any gamer birthday.

More controller options in the works, so stay tuned!

We've already got breakfast sweets, so obviously the next thing we needed to come up with was a way to have sweets for lunch.

We thought long an hard about what a typical lunch would be and we've now created this delicious ham salad sandwich! We know it's not quite a Tesco meal deal, but we think any sweet lover would enjoy this instead.
