Chris’ fully loaded Specialized S-Works Levo paying us a return visit this morning after a busy summer clocking up the miles. We had this one in for a major full rebuild at the start of the year so back today for a little interim freshen up, brake overhaul & rear mech swap out ready for the fast approaching winter

Cannondale CAAD X with us in the workshop today for a little service & light recommissioning after being dug out of storage. Customer Simon simply wanted this one back on the road ready for some gentle winter miles

Tom’s Cube Stereo 177 kicking us off this Monday morning. Customer had some grumbling headset bearings on this one so finally committed to the dreaded integrated front end rebuild, whilst also taking the opportunity to bin the hideous Cube x Acros stem & spacers in favour of a regular & more adjustable setup. Big cable tidy up & brake sort out also on the cards

Phil’s Stanton Switch9er bringing us to the end of another busy workshop week - customer scored this one as a bit of a project and got 80% of it built & sorted at home, only dropping it into us to finish up the brakes after both hydro hoses came up a little short along with a fresh pair of Burgtec bars up front.

Nice catch up with Rob and this stealthy Spesh Turbo Creo E-Gravel rig this morning - Customers had this one for a little while now and whilst we originally had it booked into the workshop for a brake bleed, decided to take the opportunity to trim up the O.E birds nest of factory cabling hanging out the front of the bike at the same time.

Lovely pair of custom built dirt jump wheels hot off the jig today - customer wanted a high engagement hub on a lightweight rim for the pump track sessions, so we laced Halo’s brand new single speed specific hub to what we think may be the last few 26” 471 rims available anywhere, topped off with some killer foil decals from Slik - what a package!

Great to have some BMX action back in the shop today with this frame swap/full rebuild for local little ripper - stepping up a frame size, we stripped all the parts from Elliot’s previous bike and rebuilt them onto a fresh Supercross carbon frame along with some new consumables ready to head straight to Zolder in Belguim for the last round of the Euro cup.

New customer Adnan dropping into the workshop this morning with this super clean & stealthy Trek Domane SL. We had this one in for a little pre-event checkover and to investigate a front end creak, where luckily, we spotted a pinch/crush on the carbon bar clamp with a hairline crack that had just started to run. Replaced with some sensible mid-range alloy kit from Pro plus an IsoSpeed coupler rebuild & carbon steerer check.
