Sally Moore has been back to longarm her beautiful quilts. Sally is a regular visitor on the machine and my lovely long distance friend 😊 The large quilt was computerised with this fab design ‘ Avalon’ from My Creative Stitches, using Aurifil 50w thread for all 3 projects. Sally free motioned the smaller lap quilts and as always meandered along perfectly!

This super cute nursery rhyme quilt was beautifully made by Julie Goforth‘s mum. (sorry I cant recall your name 🤔) and Julie freemotioned it on the longarm for her, so a team effort 👍 Someone very special is going to absolute love this ❤️

Friends, Emma & Hollins recently came to use the long arm to quilt their beautiful quilts. Emma meandered over her hexy quilt which was completely hand sewn to perfection, whilst Julie stitched a small meander over a blank piece of fabric to make a quilted throw. Both ladies have been before several times so it’s fair to say they knew what they were doing 😉❤️

This stunning quilt was beautifully made by Karen Whymark . Each block is a WOW! Lots of different sewing techniques have been expertly created. This is Karen’s first try at freemotion quilting on a longarm and she just meandered along nice and relaxed and went wherever her hands took her and it turned out beautifully ❤️

This is Gwyneth’s Japanese style quilt, the fabrics and colours that she has so beautifully put together are a perfect complement to each other. She has grey swirl backing fabric, 80/20 wadding, Aurifil 50 solid black thread and has used ‘Alyssa’ design from My creative stitches.

Two lovely ladies came to use the longarm machine, Pearl & Jan. It was the first time for each of them but I don’t think it’s going to be the last 😊 they have done a beautiful job of their quilts, with Pearl making waves and Jan meandering along❤️

Beth came to play on the longarm for the first time but she assures me it’s not going to be the last, she had a great time quilting her 2 beautiful quilts. One of her quilts was a Stuart Hillards ‘In love with quilting’ pattern. I have this pattern too, it’s inspired me to finish my UFO! The other is a gorgeous pieced panel with an equally gorgeous pieced backing. Beth did a lovely job of free motioning both quilts using Aurifil 50 thread ❤️

2 more beatifully created quilts and freemotion quilted by Vicki on the longarm. Both stitched with Aurifil 50w thread. Vicki has perfected her meandering technique perfectly👍 ……she has had a lot of practice 😉❤️

Vicki was back on the longarm again with 3 quilting projects, 2 fabulous quilts and to quilt a piece of patchwork fabric to create a jacket for herself. I’m really looking forward to seeing the completed project…….It’s a possibility that it’s going to be reversible!❤️

Julie Allinson was back on the longarm performing her magic on two more of her fabulous quilts. They are stunning ❤️ I love them both but was totally smitten with the Civil war it is stunning❤️
