A nodule I spotted on a very low tide along Charmouth Beach a while back
Shame wasn’t much good and the centre was crushed
But it’s a lot more common to find a ammonite like this than a perfect one that you see in shop or online

Couple of questions is the coral the same age as the tooth or a modern day one?
And should I remove it or leave it on the tooth

Couple of not quite worth carrying back ammonites I spotted along Charmouth Beach back in the winter
Hopefully someone found them and took them home

Often with the pyrite ammonites one side is better preserved than the other

A fossil scallop shell I spotted on the Dorset Jurassic coast a few months ago on an exceptionally low tide
Did have me fooled till I picked it up

Ichthyosaur plesiosaur and maybe pliosaur bones that have been dredged off the seabed Portland Dorset and are around 150 million years old
We usually have some of these available from our shop at Charmouth

Was nice to have a walk along the beach this morning at Charmouth with just a couple other people out there
And it was lovely and cool

We usually have plenty partial Megladon shark teeth for Sale at our shop at Charmouth under the heritage centre we got whole ones as well but these are a cheaper option

Sometimes you can have a cliff fall when you’re least expecting one usually when it’s raining
This one came down and hadn’t been any rain for quite a while
