We recently completed the vinyl work for them, and we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome. A special thank you to the lovely lady who works there for her amazing hospitality. She kindly treated us to coffee, cake, and food—it was truly above and beyond.

Our fitters attended the property solely to carry out the installation and conducted themselves professionally throughout. The room was empty when our team arrived, and at no point did any member of staff take or handle any jewellery.

As a business with hundreds of satisfied customers, we find it highly unlikely that anyone would risk their livelihood and our hard-earned reputation over a low-value item. We even went out of our way to help by arranging a payment plan for the family member.

If there were any concerns regarding the installation, we would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve them directly. Instead, serious accusations have been made publicly without any evidence, which is both unfair and damaging to our business and staff.

We stand fully behind our team and reject these allegations entirely.
