I'm 100% sick of posts being removed now, I think I might end up closing the Facebook account soon, it is pointless having a page I can't post to, just had another post removed tonight and now on final warning with facebook. I need to find another source for being able to advertise our producuts and services. As soon as I find a suitable page, I will post a link, and then make the plans to close this account for good.

This week, I spent some time dying some of my 30rnd Kriss Vector magazines, these are going to be dipped into a second colour for dual colour extrusion, so the the first colour is currently Scarlet Red, the second colour is likely to be Purple I suspect, I figure purple and red will look super once I extract two parts of the pattern... I won't get chance to do this, this month due to the stock take, but once this is done, and moving into April, I hope to publish some cool effects from dual colour extrusion.

I'm currently researching an alternative to Facebook where we are able to post pictures of parts without Flakey book taking offence to everything. Any post that has a hint of a gun in it... Facebook, Instacrap are both dreadful Flakey platforms, run by idiots.

Members who haven't complained are not the reason this is getting so much heat... Autobot maybe, or maybe competition from other companies... Whatever the issue is, I am getting tired of not being able to promote this business...

I must find an alternative App to be able to send a link from Facebook to it for the post to be viewed. Wonder if this post might ok offend someone..

Something a bit different and a reminder that we don't just do Fi****ms. This is my Tailgunner motorcycle exhaust, overhauled by myself, Cerakoting done by Joseph, this can and pipes have been done in satin black. We offer Cerakoting for anything and any material can take a cermaic coating, so bear this in mind.

This week I spent a fair bit of time doing a custom hand made knife for a customer, the design to etch a tiny 20mm image onto each side did prove quite a task.

The issue was to define what you are looking at and quickly determine it was a tree and not a thumbprint or mushroom.

A lot of settings needed tweaking. In hindsight, this is quite an expensive procedure due to setup time & testing, a lot of testing on scrap stainless was needed first.

Eventually, 2 x images could be cleaned up and defined enough to etch. At the end of the day, my customer is happy with the result, I will know for the future if a small detailed design is required, to price accordingly due to testing and setup.

Just tested the concept of etching the Dye'd magazine in Cheery Red over a black polymer, very happy to report this works really well, and I can see myself ordering much more of a rainbow selection of colours to experiment with. Two passes did reveal stronger colours, but playing with speed and power is key now, too little power and it grazes the surface, too much power and it burns through and back to black... Exciting times ahead, it won't appeal to everyone, but, some people will see a benefit to having something a little different to show off.
