Only had 4 different rolls before I was happy with the quality. Fortunately because I purchased my materials with warranty I was able to replace without too much hassle.
Can't do that if you buy online

Just a word of warning if your thinking of having your carpets cleaned.
Make sure the company you use are reputable. This carpet is only 4 years old but because whoever cleaned it left too much detergent in it. The detergent turns sticky and then clings to more dirt. Making it look like this.

Today a new customer asked me to patch up an area of carpet where the original carpet was fitted round a fitted wardrobe. Under the wardrobe was an old grey carpet with luxury 10mm underlay. Who ever fit the new one ripped up the luxury 10mm underlay uo to replace with cheap 8mm.
That's not doing a service to the customer just greed and profiteering.

How many times have you had to have an empty room for the new carpet?
