Slow down, switch off, and enjoy a relaxing evening of creativity with artist Carol at The Crafty Corner, Brighouse.

In this calming and step-by-step graphite pencil workshop, you’ll be guided through drawing a beautiful Hare, leaving with a piece of artwork you’ll be proud to display and say, “I did that!”.

Whether you’ve sketched before or not, Carol will provide guidance throughout the evening, making this workshop suitable for all abilities.

How to crochet : a workshop for beginners 🧶🪡

You’ve been wanting to learn to crochet for ages, and now you can!

Taking place over 2 separate sessions you’ll learn;

🧶 Essential crochet techniques
🧶 Basic stitches
🧶 How to read simple patterns
🧶 You’ll build your confidence to continue crocheting ‘till your hearts content at home

Gigi is a wonderful instructor and magical crochet weirder who will gently guide you step by step in a small group of just 6.

All materials are covered, and you even get to take your hook and some extra yarn home to keep making once the sessions are over!

Places are limited to 6 to keep the sessions intimate and allow one to one support when needed.

First session - Sat 5th September / 11am - 12.30pm
Second session - Saturday 19th September / 11am - 12.30pm
£60 pp for both sessions

Never made pom poms before? No problem! Experienced crafter Tracy will gently guide you through the steps.
Made them before? Also not problem, come and enjoy being with others and picking your favourite colours in the provided materials to make your own pretty pom pom wall art!
