In the roaster this week is a bright tasting coffee from producer Mustefa Abakeno (pictured) who has a small holding in the Jimma region in Western Ethiopia. Great for filter and espresso with nectarine/milk chocolate/dark honey notes and delivered at your convenience for £8 per bag - just message me your deets.

This weeks roast is Nicaraguan - delivering from Friday just in time for a super fresh weekend brew. Ana and Martha took over Las Hortensias coffee farm from their father in 2014, and since then have farmed the highest quality possible while paying particular attention to sustainability and protecting the environment. Cultivated amongst Guava trees, this bean produces a cup profile of wild blueberries, sweet lemon and iced black tea. £8 per bag (approx 225g) and delivered by bike (Storm Barra permitting!) - just message me your address and if you want it pre-ground.
