The Crafty PELLEGRINO’S except returns for exchange only (unless goods are faulty) any returns for exchange must be made within 14 days of purchase, where appropriate we may offer a credit note, credit notes come with an expiry date & must be used within the time stated
( usually 1month time frame from return date) exchanges/ credit notes will only be offered where good returned are with original
receipt / tags attached & item unworn or unused. Purchasing our vouchers... please note our vouchers have an expiry date, no change is given for unspent voucher amounts, vouchers can not be exchanged for cash. No returns for exchange on sale products /jewellery or made to order gift /homewares items.
