After a lot of thought, reflection, and some very hard conversations, I’ve made one of the biggest decisions of my life.
For years, I’ve poured everything into building something that became far bigger than I ever imagined. It was never just work to me, it was part of my identity, my fight, my passion, and a huge chapter of my life. Together, we built something from vision, resilience, loyalty, and a community of people who truly believed in what we were creating.
But life changes.
Over recent years, a lot has shifted for me personally.
Becoming a father again. A new baby. A new marriage. A new chapter. A new life.
At the same time, I’ve also had to face serious personal health challenges, including being diagnosed with a serious chronic illness that has forced me to look at life, time, priorities, and the future very differently.
When everything is put into perspective, family has to come first.
That is why I have made the bold but necessary decision to step into a new chapter and make the move to Canada with my family, a decision built around stability, health, growth, and doing what is right for the people I love most.
With that also comes another major decision.
We have decided to partner with Coil Clout: Clout Clique Certified as part of the next phase of this journey.
I truly believe they are the right people to help carry forward everything we have built, and I am proud to pass the torch into trusted hands that understand vision, culture, loyalty, and what this journey has always stood for.
This is not goodbye.
I am not disappearing.
I will still be around.
But I also know I won’t be involved in the same way I once was.
Sometimes leadership means knowing when to push harder. Sometimes it means knowing when to step back and make the best decision for your family, your health, and your future.
To every customer, supporter, friend, and person who stood beside me through this journey, thank you.
You helped build something bigger than I ever imagined.
