Wondering how you can use QR codes to speed up your admin and event entry queues? Here’s how…

Feedback from clients has shown that a lot of time at events is taken up with checking tickets against printed spreadsheets – especially difficult with several events/heats in one day – and trying to stop tickets swaps mid-event.

So we’ve developed a QR code system to make it super simple to check people in and check tickets instantly for swaps. It’s an optional extra – free to use – that can significantly reduce admin time.

Once you have successfully signed up as an OrderWhizz partner, you’re ready to start selling tickets and it’s a quick process to add the QR scan function to your event.

Ticket allocation issues proving a paperwork nightmare? Try our online combined sales and waitlists…

How would you like to keep parents and spectators happy, make more from your ticket sales and lose all the paperwork at the same time?

From our own experience of running sports events and being parents ourselves, we know how disappointed parents can be if they can’t get in to their child’s heat or final and how difficult that can be to organise.

Running a sports event involves lots of different sessions, sometimes over several days. It can be a headache for you to allocate spectator tickets and a headache for parents and other spectators to navigate purchasing the right sessions and days.

In answer to this, we have developed a system on OrderWhizz that lets you list your spectator tickets in as many combinations as you like. All your customers have to do is click and pay.

You can easily allow multiple session bookings - 1 ticket for session one, one ticket for session two etc. so that parents can pick and choose more easily. Or how about a full weekend ticket for all sessions - at a discounted price perhaps? The permutations are entirely up to you.

And – unlike some bigger ticket sales platforms - we only take our percentage fee per transaction, not per ticket, so you retain more of the overall price.
