Drum Sample Shop wasn’t started in a boardroom. It started with a drummer and a producer who were tired of spending hours searching for sounds that never quite delivered.

Founded by Payden Hilliard and Jonny Bird, Drum Sample Shop was built on a simple idea: create drum samples that feel like real instruments, recorded with intention and ready to inspire. 

In short, we wanted to create the samples that we were never able to find.

Every pack we release comes from years of experience behind the kit, in the studio, and on sessions. No recycled sounds. No trends for the sake of trends. Just drums with character, depth, and feel. Recorded in real studios with real gear, real microphones and real artistry.
