Collect each month’s map until you have an entire kingdom hand drawn and ready to play with. The monthly project will include contributions from my lovely discord members including:

- Naming towns, cities and even whole regions.
- Input and conversation regarding the landscapes of the areas we explore.

Hail Adventurers!

It’s been a while I know, but I’m back!

I find myself infinitely busy preparing for all of the summers upcoming shows and events and, alas, I fear that I have been neglecting you poor Folk & Fae as a result. To that I say, no more!

I am back and with one sole task! To push back the fog of the unknown and to illuminate the darkest, most dangerous corners of this realm and beyond! Other cartographers sit in their warm libraries and scriveners halls but not I! All of my work takes place in the field, on the seas, and sometimes (against my better judgment) in the air. No realm is too far or too perilous for me to explore!

And what brave adventurer is complete without a brand to stamp across the tales of their travels? Behold! The new and (slightly) improved sigil that I, The Eldritch Cartographer, shall be known by! Keep an eye out, you may see it appear across the maps and charts of realm before too long…

This is a land many of you will be familiar with. A land cursed by dark powers because of the hubris of its Lord, now stuck in another plane, along with all its inhabitants.

Barovia is a place well explored; near and dear to a lot of us. The dark forests with the secrets and dangers, the clawing mists that prevent you from leaving and the undying Lord hidden away in Ravenloft. It was an honour bringing this world to life.
~

Gather adventurers and hear the tales of my most recent travels… ⚔️🗺️

Welcome to Virad, a land steeped in the echoes of its tumultuous history, where the scars of the cataclysmic event known as Ragnarok still shape the fate of its inhabitants. Here you will not hear the call of any Gods save for the Norse
Pantheon of old.
~
While exploring the ancient and dangerous forests of Virad I came across many foul and powerful beasts, but no threat loomed larger than that of the Wild Hunt. Although I thank my own Gods for having guided my portal back to my own world, I cannot help but believe that the spirits of that world had a hand in my safe travels.
~
I kept a talisman I picked up from a hermit I came across in the Elder Forest. He told me it was a glyph of warding against evil. I shall carry it with me on my future adventures. Whether it works or not, I can’t help but find comfort in it…

I learned a lot in 2025. It’s weird starting a new business with no idea what you are doing, how you’ll make money or if it will even work.
~
After learning a few things, making some mistakes and taking on some advice, I have come up with three New Year’s resolutions for Eldritch Cartography.

The TTRPG community is growing all the time and it’s never been a better time to be in this space. There are so many lovely people and small businesses starting up who deserve your support. Make it your new year’s resolution to support a creative instead of a corporation. ❤️⚔️

2025 was the year that I decided to follow my passion. In July I turned around and said goodbye to the 9-5 and hello to starting my own business. This was the best decision I have ever made.

Thank you to all my new followers for helping me to grow my business and make a dream a reality.

Thank you to all my old followers for sticking with my while I figure out my format, style, niche and how to actually make content and products that live up to my standards.
~
Thank you to my fiancée for supporting me through the dips, the weeks without a pay check, the losses of confidence, the rambling chats about my ideas and plans and working around the dog.
~
Thank you to the friends I’ve made. Without your fantastic advice and encouragement I wouldn’t have made it to January with the business still going.

2026 marks the first full year of Eldritch Cartography since I made my first map back in 2020. This year I’m aiming for the stars. Thank you all for coming along with me. ⚔️❤️

I have now taken my last orders for Christmas. Anything purchased after today won’t be arriving for the big day.

Thank you so much to everyone who’s helped make this first 6 months in business a success and has proved to me that this is something I can throw my heart and soul into.
