Regrettably I will not be taking on any wiring work for the foreseeable future. I have had enough of the ever increasing cost of materials, the supply chain issues causing me to be consistently be under pressure. My hobby has become my nightmare.

Back with . Today's mission is to sort a few minor software issues and i've finally had time to stop and take some photos of this awesome project now that it is installed on the stunning Es**rt Cosworth.

I have just had a single wire pull out of its contact whilst working with the ECU harness, as you can see the crimp has not been formed with the correct tooling and has failed, having noticed this one point of failure I had to inspect the entire connector and found that only a single wire has been crimped with the correct tooling. Looks like I'll be replacing all of the pins on this connector and crimping with the correct tooling. Rest assured that once I am done with this harness problems like this will be a thing of the past!

Some of the junk removed from ECU harness, fuses and relays will soon be a thing of the past . Also its always a little scarey when you take the cutters and chop what was a perfectly functional harness in to two! A bulkhead connector will be wired in here to give a safer and more visually appealing look.
