Shannon joined us this morning for a fantastic live singing session, filling the room with some of our favourite tunes! ❤️ We had plenty of singing along!

🌸 Two Trips, One Fantastic Day! 🌸
Today our residents enjoyed not one, but TWO fabulous outings! 🚌💕
Our first stop was Otters Garden Centre, where we enjoyed a lovely lunch and had a wander around, taking in all the beautiful plants and surroundings. 🌿🌺
Then it was back on the bus for trip number two — Flourish! ☕🍰 We enjoyed a delicious cuppa and cake, had a look around the shop, and took in all the wonderful sights and smells along the way. 🛍️🌸
Two trips, plenty of laughs, lots of lovely treats and some wonderful memories made! ❤️
What a busy day — and what better way to spend it! 😊🚌

Wednesday afternoon, we introduced a lovely new activity at Little Heath — Tai Chi and meditation with Christine! 🧘‍♀️🙏✨

Everyone really enjoyed the session, taking some time to relax, unwind and focus on their wellbeing. It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. ❤️
