I keep vowing that I’m going to be present on here. But that pesky thing called life tends to trip me up! And it’s half term next week. Already! Kids don’t know how good they’ve got it 🤪

Goooood morning! And what a miserable one it is too… last day of the school holidays and I’m devoid of ideas. Already seen the Mario movie and I can’t face bowling with the masses! Kids currently plugged into devices, whilst I ponder wet weather options 🤔

Evening! Anyone else notice that it was still light at 5.15pm today?! 🙋‍♀️ I’m ignoring the fact that it feels like -5 outside and will buy some daffodils tomorrow to really get that springtime feeling!

Still here, beavering away in the background. Thanks a mill for continuing to keep me busy ❤️

This is also your gentle reminder that the closing date for Christmas orders is this week - Thursday 1st December (UK only). Depending on how my lead-time is looking, I may release a very limited number of slots at the end of the week but there are no promises.

My advice? If you want to abut something, pop your order in before Dec 1st. The strikes are going to cause delays and I can’t guarantee any orders placed after that date will arrive in time for the big day.

Psst, I’ll tell you secret 🤫 I’ve been telling my kids that Santa is watching for MONTHS. But I’ll step it up now. That’ll give them an extra incentive to eat all their veggies 🤭

Anyhow… Christmas! Christmas orders are being taken now. My advice? Order early. I know small biz owners say that every year but… the Royal Mail strikes are going to cause complete carnage in Nov and deliveries will be taking much longer than usual.

I’m keeping my two week turnaround time in place currently, but just be aware that your parcel may take a few days - or even up to a week - to reach you.

Buying internationally? I close to all international orders on November 1st 😊 Normal service will resume in Jan.

❄️ C H R I S T M A S ❄️

Morning all! I’ve dragged myself out of bed early for a Pilates class but my coffee machine is broken 😢 so now is as good a time as any to update you on Christmas, right?!

I’m breaking my own rules here in that I normally don’t mention the C-word until after Halloween - but the planned Royal Mail strikes (all 16 days of them in Nov and Dec) is significant for small businesses. And not just in terms of getting your orders out to you, but also in terms of getting supplies in to make/package/deliver them.

So the deadline for Christmas orders this year is Thurs 1st December - just 6 weeks away. Eeek!!!

👻 B O O 👻

Well hellllllo! It’s been a minute 😉 Anyone else counting down the seconds to school returning on Monday?! Contemplating having to flog a kidney on eBay to pay for the last six weeks.

However, it’s September so I’m officially heading into Halloween season 🧙‍♀️ - fashionably late compared to the rest of insta (some of you have started Christmas already but nil/zilch/nada chance of me being that organised).

I’m hearing up to reopen this Friday so how about a this week?! My boo signs are BACK and they’ve had a mini makeover. I’ll pop all the details in my stories this evening.

It’s been agggggges since I last posted to my grid! How you all doing?! I’m still here, still working but y’know, it’s also school hols so the socials are taking a back seat 🤷‍♀️

💭 D R E A M B I G 💭

Bringing you this morning’s post direct from my Pilates mat - so I need to be quick and post before my class starts!

My customer specifically asked for two things on this order… 💡’dreambig’ formed from one single piece of wire and for it to have a strongly curved shape. Nailed it?! Hopefully 🤞

Going to try my best to post more regularly over the coming weeks. My building work is so close to finishing and once the dust settles (literally), I’ll be back to it. Promise!
