There has been a surge of creativity recently in preparation for the Shades of Shipham exhibition in March (14/15TH). Now I'm at the tricky stage where my work needs a title and I would appreciate your help. I'm thinking something like Warm Sun or Winter Sun? or Simple things..? Any idea is welcome :).

I’m busy getting out my art, prints and cards for this fab local group exhibition at Cadbury Garden centre. We have our own room nr the big cafe ! Come and visit us and spread the word too 🙂

Today is the day! There is so much amazing work to see and yummy cake too :)

New artwork alert!!! Literally hot off the press. This image was made combining many layers of hand painted images and a photograph but through screen printing. Using the gold paint was a real hi-light (thank you Anna Harley). I think it is ready to go into print but it needs a name. Currently called Golden Forest, I like how to looks like you are sinking, walking through a magical forest or woodland.

Name suggestions and comments on the piece pretty pretty please.

This piece has been embellished with gold this morning and glimmers in the light. I know I didn’t need to paint on top of this piece but I just really wanted to. Remember to give it some more time and you will find the light (A metaphor for life too).

Now time to mount and frame it for tonights preview as part of Shades of Shipham exhibition THIS WEEKEND! All my followers are welcome to join 6-9pm

I have been dreaming of this piece for a while and spent many an hour tweaking this image to try and get the feeling just right. Now it is ready to share with you good people. My inspiration was the experience of walking by the stream in Rowberrow Warren and being immersed by nature. I have combined 3 photographs together and added some printed ferns too.

Please tell me what you think and as always title suggestions too.

It will be exhibited next weekend as part of Shades of Shipham.
