Something a bit different. We don't just repair the usual Games consoles, Phones or Laptops but also other devices like this HP Smart Tank printer.

After being turned away by a few repair shops this customer came to us with a printer issue. Internal inspection showed damaged to the encoder strip which we replaced with a genuine part.

After replacing this part we noticed a secondary fault, this time a printer head issue. Sometimes these faults are trivial and can be as simple as just repositioning the reader head.

In this case, removing both cartridges from the head showed a build of dirt and dried ink on the contacts. Once we cleaned this up and and recalibrated the head everything started working perfectly.

Keeping your PS5 in a well ventilated, dust free room will prevent excessive dust build up.

Often I find removing the side walls is not enough to clean the critical areas that are needed for your PS5 to run at optimal temperatures this can and does result in your console overheating or behaving sluggish.

Big big shout out to all you wonderful people that keep tagging me in posts all the recommendations I've received and continued to receive really does mean a lot.

I'm very passionate about what I do and how I do it and I'm driven to always improve every day. But it's only possible by all my lovely customers and I use that word loosely because I'm happy to call many of them good mates of mine (not sure they would agree but still 😅)

Anyone that knows me knows I love a good chin wag I've had people turn up for a £50 phone and ended up speaking to them for hours! Our doors are always open to help.
