Earning SaveFace accreditation isn't a tick-box exercise. It's a rigorous inspection process โ and we think patients deserve to know exactly what that involves.
To become accredited, every SaveFace clinic must pass an independent inspection that covers:
๐ Practitioner qualifications โ verified, not just claimed
๐ Insurance documentation โ confirmed and appropriate for the treatments offered
๐ Infection control procedures โ sterility, product handling, clinic hygiene
๐ Patient consent and consultation protocols โ full records and informed consent processes
๐ Complaints handling โ a clear, fair process for patients if things go wrong
๐ Continued professional development โ evidence that practitioners keep their knowledge current
At CHA, we don't just meet these standards. We built our entire practice around them. Craig's clinical background means safety has always come first โ the SaveFace inspection simply confirmed what we already knew to be true.
That external verification matters. Because it's not us telling you we're safe. It's an independent organisation saying so.
