With no Bristol Harbourside Christmas market this year we'll be spending the run up to Christmas on our Funky Felt Creations stall at St Nick's Indies Market and our remaining stock of the Puppet Company’s and Fiesta Crafts’ characterful puppets will continue to be available from our online store whilst stocks last, (sadly, due to the discontinuation of the Harbourside Market we won’t be reordering in any more puppets).

Bristol"s Royal Fort Gardens wild flower garden is providing a colourful backdrop for photographing needle felted fairies today.
Just checking that the flowers are happy with the current sun to rain ratio.
Looking forward to taking the little felted folks out to be sold at markets again, nothing beats being able to see them up close and handle them. In an ideal world they'd all be displayed against foliage backdrops (like on Brandon Hill). 🤔
June may be hotting up but no complaints so far from the monkey hand puppet - nor, it seems, from the sloths, dinosaur puppets or felted fairies. We've got pirates and mermaids, knights and dragons, dinosaurs, fairytale characters and a wide range of animals, so it's not surprising they're such a big hit with children and, as many of the items we stock fit within curriculum topic areas, they're also very popular with teachers and early years practitioners.
Many of the puppets have won awards for their quality, design and ability to inspire imaginative play and storytelling and for their role in helping to develop children's language and communication skills.
The puppets versatility and ability to engage children and young people means that they’re widely used in a wide range of education and therapeutic settings by teachers, speech therapists, play therapists, social workers and school counsellors.
We’ve started stocking an increasing range of beautifully made felted characters, animals and insects that make perfect children’s rooms hanging decorations and are great for schools nature tables and displays. They’re supplied by Bristol based designer and felted creations stockist Adele Collinson of Felt So Good, see her extensive range of felted products at www.feltsogood.co.uk . We’re also making our own felted creations, which will shyly pop up on our feed as they come into existence and they will eventually be available in our shop.
We also stock some great heroes, super heroes and villains greetings cards (Turtles, Marvel’s Avengers, Batman and Star Wars charactes) created by Bath based artist and designer Damien Sawyer of FLAB Design.
