We are so thrilled to welcome Bristol Pie Society back to the market today! After taking the summer off from trading at markets, these guys have been working hard in the background launching their new online pie club and creating these new incredible flavours. Every pie is handmade in their kitchen at The Gloucester Old Spot, with a shortcrust pastry base, filled to the brim with tasty fillings and finished off with a puff pastry lid. They change their menu every month so be sure to grab one quick!⁠

Come along today between 11am-2pm and grab yourself a pie for lunch, or take it home and enjoy it for tea! See below for a sample menu.

If you're heading to the market tomorrow, keep your eyes peeled for Banh Wagon! Specialising in Vietnamese banh mi and banh mi bowls, these dishes are packed full of vibrant colour and flavour, and drizzled with a delicious sauce of your choice. Created during lockdown, these guys have gone from strength to strength, now with a bricks and mortar shop on Colston Street, a permanent pitch at St Nick's Market, and a regular pitch every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at Finzels Reach Market. ⁠
