Hi All, so the time has come that Ella’s will be closing her doors from this Saturday 19th April. Ironically it was 6 years ago to this day we opened her doors and what a blast. As one door closes, not just one but three doors open! 😀
Hayley will be moving to her new premises - previously Rio’s, which is currently having extensive work to make it a fabulous traditional tea room for Brixham and the English Riveria! A huge thanks to Hayley for taking the reins to allow me to step back to breathe a bit and figure out what I was going to do next. 🩵
Julie the owner of Trick or Treat will soon be taking over the premises with a new quirky venture and know its going to be a great further addition to the town for locals who are looking for something different and those visiting Brixham whether for the day or holiday making. 💜
You may be wondering what is next for Ella’s and I have some exciting news coming out which I’ll share shortly. It has been a whirlwind since 2017 forming Chocella and then Ella’s I can honestly say hand on heart it has been a blast. I read somewhere that hospitality and retail are the two most difficult industries - I did both through very trying times. This comes from the girl who had nothing but had a dream to bake. I can’t tell you how much I have learned along the way. Thank you Brixham for allowing me to achieve what I set out to acheive.
Since leaving Ella’s I have been busy in the background enjoying something I love and thats writing over the last few years and pleased to say my first book will be out soon and will announce it hear first. I have dedicated this book to my late sister Lizzy who took that first chocolate step with me at the launch in 2017, so this is in memory of her. 💕
Finally, a huge thank you to all have supported Ella’s and Chocella over the years far and wide.Take care and sending much love.
Tracy ❤️
