This Saturday will be our last day in store before it changes hands to the beautiful Joanne next week who will slowly transition to The store will be open as usual but please follow her page for all she will be offering. We are so excited for all to come in the stores next chapter and are fully behind supporting Joanne in any way we can with her vision. If you are in town on Saturday pop in for a glass of something bubbly and a chat and get to meet Joanne too. I can’t promise I won’t cry but I can promise it will be out of pure love.
Native Self will still be active but transitioning to an outlet that delves into the wild wisdom from nature and within. Offering and exploring healing. We will be launching some creations we had always been talking about since the day we opened the store and now will have time to create. One day you may hopefully see them in so Native Self can go full circle.
Native Self has always been about leaning into yourself, being completely authentic and honest even when it is difficult. That is why we listened when something had to change for us and everything just aligned with Joanne as if the store was always meant to be hers. We were merely the guardians for a while, and she will be the next adding another layer to its beauty.
We believe something magical has been created and Joanne will only add to the magic and take it to the next level. But you are all part of that magic too. Every person who supports local and conscious purchasing. Every person who is brave enough to step through the doors for and event even though it can be nerve racking. Every person who has reached out for some healing admitting they need it. You are all inspirational and make up this amazing community.

Many of you may have noticed my absence from store the last few months that has been due to unforeseen challenges in our personal life. The beautiful everchanging unpredictability of life has hit us, and we must flow with it the best way we can and make decisions based on what’s best for our family and health. This has led us to explore the option of selling the business so it can continue to grow and thrive in the hands of someone who has the capacity and support.

The shop has been welcomed in a way we never could have dreamed of, and our hearts are full of gratitude for the amazing first year we had and the continuous support we are shown. We have moved into our second year with the launch of our website and the wellness space downstairs which has allowed for pure magic and community to grow. Native Self is much more than a store or even wellness space, we believe the brand and community deserves the attention we are unable to give, and we must live align to our values in order to practice what we preach.
We wanted to let our customer know it will be business as usual and the store is here to stay. We will continue to give it all we can and the regular events and more to come will carry on. We have so many events and next phases to the business planned to grow the brand and it really is limitless, we will carry on bringing as much of it as we can to you and keep you posted.

As I land back to the business from with a full heart of pure joy and love my belief in the need for authentic community and connection where we can show up exactly where we are and support, heal and grow together has been firmly embedded in every part of my existence. I am even more determined to create as much of it as possible right here at Native Self.
Native Self store has always been about sharing the message of natural soulful ways to go inward to find your authentic true self and heal using the knowledge our makers have of spirituality, ancient traditions and nature so you can live your life from a place of alignment.
Our wellness sour community into something greater. We offer not only 121 holistic treatments and coaching but events to connect with others and create this community magic and support. All be it on a smaller scale than this amazing festival I was at this weekend but none the less beautiful.
My promise to myself and you is to work on overcoming my blocks with social media (thats another post) to make sure I bring you more information on what is happening and when so you don't miss out if your not in store regularly. There is so much more coming and so many wonderful people to hold space for us getting involved. Watch this space.

Incase our logo didn’t give it away we are mad about dragonflies. They symbolise change, transformation and self-realisation all of which we are about in order to connect with your true self. In many cultures they are associated with vision, intuition and the ability to receive guidance from our higher self. The moon connects us with the rhythms of life and reminds us everything in in cycles.
Back in stock this week after being hand carved in Indonesia for us in both dendritic agate and palm root.

This was always a HUGE subject in my life…..SELF DOUBT. It held me back from so much for so long. Through taking the time to explore, to uncover and clear blocks that held me back from living the life I desired through techniques including EFT, things began to shift for me. I was on the path to improving my mental health and creating the life, business, and community we have right now ❤️ I am so grateful to have guiding us through some of these techniques this Saturday in what will be another beautiful warm circle. It’s today. As a family run independent store ourselves we in turn stock a multitude of small independent artisans and brands. We have always been huge advocates for shopping independent. The love, dedication and passion that goes into everything is worth every penny. By shopping independent you know who’s life you are making a difference to, where your money is going. Today was my first Saturday back in the store for a while after being in India and my heart is FULl to the brim with gratitude and love for all the amazing people who share their time with me to connect, who teach me lessons and amaze me in so many different ways. You do not know how beautiful you are. I have spend my day reconnecting with regular customers and meeting new ones. Watching love between families, hearing peoples challenges they have overcome and peoples dreams for the future…..what a true privilege and inspiration ❤️ All whilst having this beautiful scene on our doorstep. Beautiful people In beautiful Broadstairs.

Merry Christmas everyone 🎄We ended the day with drinks on the beach where we will be much off next week as we are taking some time off with family and friends. We will be reopening Tuesday 3rd January. Thank you for all your support in our opening year, we couldn’t have done it without you. We thank all the amazing souls that have stepped through the doors and shared your love and stories, we are honoured to have met every single one of you and cannot wait to see what next year holds, so many exciting things to come. See you in 2023 ❤️
