Lots of fresh greenery and salad with grilled chicken
Been low carb today as I've eaten plenty of carbs over last few days
Let's see what the next few weeks bring in terms of fatloss as it's not a prep so not approaching it in that way
This is more for keeping me in a routine and making sure my health doesn't suffer. It would be so easy for me to miss meals
No idea how much longer we will be in lockdown but may as well use this time constructively
