Happy Sunday! I hope you spent it well.

I did some relaxing with a lovely cup of tea and of course the using like cooking, ironing, putting clothes away. We also went to Wi******er yesterday which was lovely to see!

Good morning! I am now back home in the U.K. I was away visiting my home country and family for the first time after the pandemic.

I have new motivation for a healthier lifestyle. I will be planning different exercises, meditation, meals and vitamins from this week on. I already made some start but looking forward to make it a routine.
