Heading out on a site visit is one of the most important jobs when we're working at a new venue...

It's not just an opportunity to pick up a 'road-trip Greggs'... We're going to be looking at things like:

💡 Where lighting will have the biggest impact
🔌 Where power is available (and where it definitely isn't!)
🎤 The best positions for speakers and screens
🚚 Access for getting equipment in and out
⚠️ Any potential trip hazards or obstacles
👀 The little things that could become big problems on the day

A couple of hours spent planning can save a lot of faffing later, and means your event runs smoothly from start to finish!

Plus, it's much easier to solve problems BEFORE we've unloaded a van full of kit!

A great weekend for a new local attraction. ⛳🔊

We were pleased to supply the PA system for the grand opening of the new Trackman Range at The Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort helping ensure every welcome, announcement and presentation could be heard loud and clear throughout the event!
