🖤🤍 THE INK BLOT 🤍🖤

Part of our beautiful Chloe Kempster collection at LWB Upcycled, The Ink Blot is a truly striking one-of-a-kind mid-century chest of drawers that perfectly showcases Chloe’s distinctive artistic style.

Dating from the 1950s, this expertly restored chest combines authentic mid-century craftsmanship with contemporary furniture art. The dramatic monochrome drawer fronts have been created using hand-painted paper, individually cut and collaged by hand before being finished with a glossy resin coating that gives incredible depth and a luxurious glass-like finish.

Set against a soft off-white frame, with original matte black brass handles and restored wooden legs, it’s a piece that manages to be both bold and timeless.

I’m such a fan of Chloe’s work. Her ability to transform vintage furniture into collectible statement pieces is incredible, and I’m excited to share that we have more of her stunning creations coming to LWB Upcycled soon.
