📦 A little Royal Mail delivery update

We’re currently experiencing some delays with Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services. These are the only postal services we use, and thankfully, so far every parcel we’ve sent has arrived safely, but some Tracked 48 parcels are currently taking up to five days to arrive, rather than the usual expected timeframe.

Unfortunately, once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, the delivery timescale is outside of our control. We’ll always get your order made, packed and dispatched as quickly as possible, but we cannot speed up the postal service once it has left us.

If your order is urgent or needed for a specific date, please allow at least one week for delivery from ordering to give plenty of time for any postal delays.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while Royal Mail works through these delays. ❤️

We’re a bit obsessed with these. Our white saffiano tags are flying out this week.

We love the white, it works beautifully with all logos but in the case of Everline Travel they look particularly luxe with such an elegant logo

THIS is one of my favourite parts of being a travel agent. 🥹

Yes, I can search for your holiday, compare options and take care of your booking… but I also genuinely get excited about your trip with you. 🤣

From the first “I think I need a holiday…” message to sending out your documents and wishing you a safe flight, I’m here for the whole journey. 🤍

And I'm just saying… you don't get a personalised travel wallet from a booking website. 😉😂
