This was a nice find amongst a fairly average box of punk and new wave albums that we picked up. A pristine original copy of S*x Pistols S***k album which plays without any surface noise at all. So hard to find this rare item in such lovely condition.
The record was rush-released before 'Never Mind The Bo****ks' in the U.K. in early October 1977.
How do we know it is an original? Well original copies can be identified by the matrix numbers engraved in the runout area.
( 'A' side matrix appears to be "LYN 4732-14" but should in fact read "LYN 4732-111" considering the way it is etched.
This copy even comes with the original white paper inner with PATENT Nos. 1.125.555 (lower left corner) and MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN on the right.

Went to see China Crisis on Saturday and have to say that Gary Daly has developed into a superb frontman with an awesome sense of humour. As for the songs we feel they are one of the most underestimated bands from the 80’s. What an awesome sold out night. Worth seeing if you get the chance.

Picked up this rare Christmas treat this afternoon Vinyl Shakedown Records. Quite hard to find vinyl pressing and as usual with Vinyl Shakedown a more than generous price of £60 (Look it up on discogs diggers) Sure the Rocka-Buy Records - Oakham, Rutland guys would have picked it up at this price being Robbie fans! I strongly recommend you pop down to Vinyl Shakedown for your Christmas shopping.

Another treasure trove of music for local charities. Most of this lot will end up with Air Ambulance or Redgate Farm Animal Sanctuary. The back seat was full as well! A huge collection of NM cd's and some juicy albums and singles. The charity angle is a really important part of the Blue Sky Vinyl ethos and if you sell us your records you can be sure that there will be a win for these charities as well as Blue Sky Vinyl. We actually donate some really nice music and We have so far raised tens of thousands of pounds.
