We have become aware of a fraudulent Instagram account, , that is impersonating Vortex Air and contacting our customers.
The account is falsely claiming to represent our customer service team and is requesting personal information from customers. They are also sending links and claiming that customers can receive a full refund if they follow the instructions provided.
🚨 IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH VORTEX AIR IN ANY WAY. 🚨
We would also like to remind customers that Vortex Air only communicates through our official, verified channels. Any other social media account claiming to represent Vortex Air should be treated as suspicious unless it is one of the official accounts listed below.

We will NEVER:
❌ Ask for sensitive personal information via social media messages
❌ Ask you to click external links to receive a refund
❌ Contact you from any account other than our official, verified channels
If you receive a message from or any other account claiming to be Vortex Air:
• Do not reply
• Do not click any links
• Do not provide any personal information
• Report the account immediately
We have reported this matter to Instagram and the police and are actively working to have the account removed.
