Yarnstravaganza is back.

It's time to reveal the dates for our annual celebration of yarn shops.

Put the dates, 26 September to 3 October, in your diary now and keep an eye out for what will be on offer. There will be goodie bags available throughout the week.

It’s time for a bit of sparkle to banish the nights drawing in and we have the new King Cole Dazzle double knitting yarn in stock along with James Brett Twinkle Prints, Cygnet Boho Highlights, King Cole Glitz, Galaxy and Yummy Glitter chunky chenille - around 50 different choices. And, if there isn’t a product you like, we have Rico Designs Pailettes knit-in thread to add sparkle to the yarn of your choice..
The entire selection is on display in the shop so come and have a look around. And don’t forget that we have a great selection of knitting and crochet patterns for all of our yarns.

WIP Wednesday
We’ve had a super busy time lately. Lots of autumn deliveries, along with the UK Hand Knitting Knit Show. I didn’t get around to posting a due to being at the show. … I will post one this Sunday. In the meantime, show us what you’re currently working on. I’m working on 3 projects at the moment …. Infact, I’ve just cast on a new project (car knitting again) 🙈. Well, we are half way through the Knit Show and will be back for day two shortly. Lots of inspiration on show and new products for all crafting from new yarns, fabrics (including Liberty for the first time for a long time), haberdashery and crafting products and kits.

Watch out for new products arriving - we will showcase each - although some are so new that they won’t be available until next year!

Our classes are growing in popularity and success every week - here are a few snaps from this week’s crochet class.

We have regular weekly crochet classes, knit and natter sessions every Wednesday and Saturday, get to know your sewing machine, get to know your overlocker, beaded embroidery classes and more - some daytime and some evenings to suit all availability.
