The customer requested a harder-wearing sole unit, and while that’s not the standard option for this type of shoe, each repair is adapted to the shoe itself and the needs of its owner wherever possible.

A considered repair makes all the difference.

This jacket came to us with burn damage to the lower panel, compromising both its appearance and performance. While an exact colour match for the main fabric wasn’t available, we wanted the repair to feel intentional and in keeping with the jacket’s original design.

By selecting a closely matched fabric already used on the front pockets, we were able to replace the entire lower section, restoring strength, weather protection and a balanced finish that feels cohesive rather than compromised.

The jacket is now fully functional, comfortable to wear and ready for many more walks and hikes 🌄.

Thoughtful repairs make all the difference 🧵🪡

This fleece arrived with a torn shoulder and a damaged neck lining panel. Damage that often leads people to assume replacement is the only option.

Instead, we took a more considered approach.

Using the best section of fabric from the damaged neck lining, we created a carefully colour matched, seamless repair on the shoulder, keeping the finish discreet and true to the original garment. We then constructed a brand new neck lining panel, restoring comfort and structure where it matters most.

The result is a fleece that’s fully restored, wearable and built to last, without unnecessary waste. 👍
