You are seeing this right! There are loaves of bread (finally) on the bread shelves. Only 4 😂 but it’s a start.
I’m pivoting away from sourdough, temporarily. I don’t want to keep disappointing all you bread fanatics when I keep saying ‘hopefully next week’. So to go some way in satisfying your bread needs, meet the Enriched White Loaf. A soft internal crumb with a delicious crust - perfect for sandwiches, or even simply, jam on toast.
Don’t worry, I’m going to keep working on my sourdough alongside these breads. But this means that I can bring you more loaves every day because they fit into our production schedule much better than sourdough, currently.
We’re not stopping at a plain white loaf, think, sesame seed crusted or cheese topped or thyme oil infused. Maybe even some sweet options. The flavour combinations with this loaf are endless and will start to make their way on to the shelves from next week.
