Does anyone have anything that they could please kindly donate as a tombola prize in order to raise money for Jack?
A lady had kindly offered to run it at a local family fun day on the 8th May, in celebration of the coronation, but unfortunately, at the last minute she has said that she can no longer do it! ☹️
So, it’s down to Rachel Winters and I to do ourselves.
We are now furiously trying to get this organised in such a short space of time, so any help really would be appreciated more than we can say.

This is my baby Jack whom we affectionately call Boo. He is just 5 years old.

I have never asked anyone for anything in my life but I really would crawl on my knees to hell and back for this sweet, gentle, and loving boy.

Please please take a moment to read Boo’s story. Help us to get him the treatment he needs and therefore give him the best possible chance at a long, happy life with his family and his family with him.
